DIANE BARTON is founder and president of C3, a consulting firm focused on helping organizations build strong, loyal customer relationships that last. C3 is an alliance partner of the Chip Bell Group. Offerings include customer service auditing and redesign, research and the planning and facilitation of customer strategy sessions. Prior to founding C3, Barton was Vice President of Customer Experience for the automotive division of Cox Enterprises, Inc. A proven senior executive, she built a customer experience practice, managed high-performing teams, and led multi-million dollar customer-facing technology projects. Her leadership roles have also included call center operations, relationship management and marketing. Barton holds a bachelor of science degree from Emerson College in Boston, MA, and a certificate in strategic marketing from Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
