Crystal Walker is a member of the Chip Bell Group and has worked over 14 years in the Customer Loyalty, Customer Service and Human Resources field. She has spent the last four years dedicated exclusively to Training and Organizational Development in the automotive and community college industries. She has delivered countless training sessions to members of management and employees on building an effective Customer Service culture within their organizations as well as a variety of HR and leadership topics. Crystal also serves as the HR District Generalist with Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina and is a certified DDI and AchieveGlobal facilitator. Crystal also holds a Professional level Human Resources certificate and is a graduate of Gardner-Webb University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services.
